Ozaukee County 4-H Foundation

The Ozaukee County 4-H Foundation was established in 1982 to help fund education and leadership opportunities for 4-H youth and adult programs. Since its inception the 4-H Foundation has provided financial support for:

  • CONTINUING EDUCATION: Annual scholarships for high school seniors
  • LEARNING EXPERIENCES: Sponsorship of state, national, and international educational experiences
  • LIFE SKILLS OPPORTUNITIES: Camp counseling opportunities as well as regional workshops and conferences
  • RECOGNITION: of outstanding youth through the 4-H programs highest award, the “Key Award”

THE PABST THEATER

The Pabst Theater is the centerpiece of Milwaukee’s downtown theater district; able to accommodate virtually all performing art forms with the stunningly beautiful backdrop of a European opera house.

THE RIVERSIDE THEATER

Named for its location along the Milwaukee River, The Riverside Theater is one of the most opulent of Milwaukee’s theaters, welcoming high caliber artists ranging from Kevin Hart and Neil Young to Norah Jones and Aretha Franklin.

THE BACK ROOM @ COLECTIVO

Adorned with string lights, hanging plants, and the smell of freshly brewed coffee, the intimate atmosphere of The Back Room @ Colectivo is a perfect space for an up close and personal evening with any artist, whether you’re enjoying a craft cocktail at a jazz show, or standing right against the stage listening to the next big thing in indie.

NIVA

Pabst Theater Group is a founding member of the National Independent Venue Association (NIVA). NIVA is securing financial support to preserve the national ecosystem of independent venues and promoters.

These entertainment hubs are critical to their local economies and tax bases as employers, tourism destinations, and revenue generators for neighboring businesses such as restaurants, hotels, and retail. Independent venues exist in every state across the country; they were the first to be closed, they will be the last to open. The economic recovery process will extend past just reopening the front doors, requiring solutions unique to the industry.

Discovery World

Discovery World is Milwaukee’s premier, non-profit science and technology center for the whole family. Our 120,000 sq. ft. center offers fun and educational experiences and features interactive exhibits, the Reiman Aquarium, educational labs and programs, and other exciting activities.

Our unique, hands-on exhibits and programs focus on two areas – technology and freshwater sciences. We have eight learning labs that alone comprise of more than 10,000 sq. ft. of space! We also offer our award-winning Summer Camp, Boy Scout and Girl Scout programs, community partnership programs, and learning experiences aboard Discovery World’s tall ship (and Wisconsin’s Flagship) the Sailing Vessel (S/V) Denis Sullivan.

We want to light the spark of curiosity in your kids. We want to inspire them to become the next generation of engineers, designers, scientists, innovators, community leaders, and makers. We want you and your family to explore, learn, create, and have fun.
